Its pretty pathetic that I've updated 3 times in one day, but I feel that I need to share the happenings of today with all of you. My mom and I went to Beans & Barley today where I bought some groceries and we ate a black bean burrito and a hummus pita pocket. After eating, we made our way to some rural area outside of Milwaukee for a people to people meeting. Pretty much everyone I'm going with to europe is white trash. After the meeting, which ended around 4, we drove back to the East Side to go to the art store on the same road as Phase II and the Oriental but it had closed 3 minutes earlier. I was disappointed but then we went to Detour on Brady where I got some jeans for 50% off. Nice deal, but now I'm broke so I've got to scrounge around for $ and tell my parents that I'm buying lunch all week so they give me $20 but then I'll secretly pack it and then maybe I'll sell some shirts or something?
Oh yeah, If you want to buy one, they're 15 dollars hand painted with your own design or I can make one up. Just ask me for some samples if you want to see any of the shirts that I have made.
I think I should finish my painting before it gets dark. I JUST GOT A POLARIOD ON EBAY FOR 7$ INCLUDING S/H! YESSS! |

Yesterday I went
To a people to people meeting
which was really boring so
i left early to go to Gage's house
where Hey Stranger was practicing and Justin
was watching. We all hung out for a few hours then
John came and picked Nick, Justin, Mark and I up
and took us to the show @ the Shorewood Leigon Hall.

The Shins concert was amazing. We had a great area that was easy to get
to- up in front on the right by the speakers. Their openening band was
also great- The Brunettes.

Im lame for updating this thing during school.. but its 8th hour study hall and all my homework is done. The Shins concert is on wed night...I dont know how we are going to cram 10 or more people into one car. Too bad for all the latecomers then if its impossible. I'm playing my first game tonight- I got the OK from Dr. Black and coach King. I'm really excited but I've got no clue what position I'm playing or for that matter, how to play ANY position. I guess it will all work itself out at the game though. I'm hoping the louder players will direct me in some manner for the first part of the game so I can get my bearings or else im just going to be this huge deadweight on the field. I'm also wishing for the team to be super bad.
OH MY GOD I THINK ZAITARIOUS STOLE MY CELL PHONE. He sits next to me in art and it was gone after 3rd hour art class. DAMNIT. Should I report it? Are you allowed to have cells in school? Someone help me out here...
Should I ask Zaitarious about it? He's really intimidating. He has a spinner on his watch. For real. |

You know how theres some people that you just dont
really get along with. Not for any huge reason or anything, but you
just really dont like them. Well, that happens to be my feelings
towards my parents. I don't really know why- they dont do anything
terrible to me, but I can't stand them. I can't wait until im 18, or at
least 16, so I can get my liscense and get out of this fucking
madhouse. Today my mom made me walk home from the Brown Deer Stores
(Old Navy, Michaels) because I had the music up and I wouldnt turn it
down (Yeah, I guess some yelling and clawing was involved...). Shes
like "GET OUT OF THE CAR RIGHT NOW!" and i just started cracking up
with joy I guess because I really didnt want to be in the car sitting
next to her. I also pretty much hate my two brothers. Will, the 7th
grade skater, used to be the cool one. I dont know what happened to
him. Now he sucks my dads dick whenever my dad asks him to do anything
and is just the biggest knob ever. Jack has always been a retard and
I've always hated him. Can I move in with someone? My mom also just
cancelled my drivers ed because she says im too immature to handle it.
God Damnit, there goes my dreams of never coming home after I get my
liscense.
And I also just realized that I love school.

Why did my phone have to run out of battery at like 6 tonight?
Its the riptide rush.
I went to Gages today around 12 and took some photos of Hey Stranger
and at 1:30 Hill walked over and we ventured to Jimmy Johns with Annie.
We walked to Walgreens and I had to buy tampons for the little pussy
(hahahaha) that was too scared to go up to the male cashier. Ew,
he probly thought I was bleeding.
Hill and I went back to Gages, moshed in his front room while they were
putting on a show for us and then went to Salvation Army to pimp Dan
out in appropriate clothes. After Salvation Army, we got home and Hills
mom dropped off the film from earlier. With 800 speed film and
the light meter at the right setting the whole time, the pictures
turned out super grainy except for the ones of Gage on drums.
Maybe the film speed was too high because it was left over from my
photo project on jumping horses, which is pretty fast paced.
We walked to Dans and hung out in the basement. I think I saw Justin. I dont know.

We won 9-0!
STORY- It was pi day on 3-14... so I made this amazing pie for Geometry class but it didnt all get eaten so I left the remaining pie in my locker to throw away at a later time. Well, I definitely forgot about the pie but remembered it today. Matt took it from my locker after school and proceded to try and throw it in my face by Hillary's locker but I blocked the shot and it landed face-down on the floor. A cloud of green mold pores bursted from the mess looking like smoke and everyone around screamed. We all covered our faces with our shirts and quickly ran away. Sucks to be that janitor.
Today in study hall I gave Matt $5 to drink his flask of DNA from bio class.
Theres another game tomorrow- away somewhere. Come support. |

Frosh girls lost 0-4 today to DSHA at our first game. I cant play all this week because of my knee so we only have 13 girls... which means 2 subs (not counting the goalies). We've got a game tomorrow @ home. Come support. |

this year (and almost every year), spring break was pretty much the equivalent to falling back in a chair and hitting your head really hard on a glass table. That sucks, and so did my break. Even if no one was home, I definitely would have rather stayed here and chilled with my dog then go to the Grand Canyon for 3 days and Las Vegas (which im sure would be amazing if i were to be over 21... but im 15) for another three. What also made it so incredibly boring was that my family for the three GC days met up with my parents long time best friends for some fun filled HIKING in the cold and perpetual annoyances from Karen's (My mom's best friend) ear splitting voice. Heres an overview of this trip even though it sucked so much its not worth writing an overview about...
Day 1: Drove to Chicago to see the Blue Man Group - (OKOK this was actually a really good show- I take back that the WHOLE trip was bad) Slept at some hotel.
Day 2: Drove to O'Hare and flew to Flagstaff, AZ and met up with the Shaws. Then we drove partway to the GC and slept overnight at some chain hotel. IT WAS FUCKING COLD.
Day 3: Decided to drive all the way to the Canyon but it took forever and we ended up getting stuck in a snowstorm because the adults were too pussy to drive through it even though everyone else on the highway did. So we stopped at this Korean hotel with Swedish decorations and spent the night there. They had really hard water.
Day 4: Drove to the GC and hiked... it was pretty cold. The crowds were horrible. I hate being all touristy.
Day 5: Drove to a town in AZ called Sedona and found this little massage/coffee shop and got this amazing dairy free milkshake- it tasted like an orange dreamsicle. We then continued our journey down the scenic (Ha... ?????) dust covered highways and picnicked in some remote truck stop. PB&J style. We finished driving to Vegas and met up with my Aunt Susan... I really really dislike her. Shes so controlling and EVERYTHING is about her but she tries to pass it off like she cares about everyone else soo much when if you look at it, everything she says relates back to how godly and wonderful she is. ANYWAYZZZ, we settled into our room and had dinner i guess. I dont really recall everything.
Day 6: Typical Las Vegas underage stuff. You know, just like walking around?
Day 7: Typical Las Vegas underage stuff. My Grandma's 80th Birthday dinner a this place with a name similar to areola. Each plate was a little over 90$ which was completely ridiculous because my vegan option (1) was a discustingly salted salad and some salt with a side of cooked salted vegetables with salt. Dessert was of course not an option- but at 90$ a plate wouldnt you think they could give me a bowl of fruit or something? it was pretty weird and a huge waste of 90$ that i could have used to buy some diesels or a poster or some funsize packages of condoms and KY to play with from the convenience store. something useful. The next morning we flew home. |
